Order Processing Guidelines
Because raw poultry is highly perishable and cut strictly on demand, every order is processed immediately by our butchers upon submission. Please review the following operating standards:
1. Order Placement and Delivery Cut-Offs
• Orders placed before 11:00 AM are processed for delivery between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Lunch Slot).
• Orders placed between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM are processed for delivery between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Dinner Slot).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed for next-day delivery between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
2. Cancellation Window
You may cancel or amend your order within 15 minutes of placing it by calling our store directly at 9552181365. Once the meat has been portioned and packed for delivery, cancellations cannot be accepted.
3. 100% Freshness Replacement Guarantee
We take pride in our farm-fresh standards. If for any reason your order arrives with compromised packaging, temperature deviation, or incorrect cut specifications, report it to our delivery partner or call us immediately within 1 hour of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full UPI refund.
4. Weight and Portioning Disclosure
All prices are quoted per gross weight before cleaning and deskinning, unless explicitly marked as net yield. Minor variance may occur due to natural bird sizing and bone trimming.
